•All of Jen's Lens Photographs are protected under the Federal Copyright Laws and cannot be reproduced. It is illegal to copy or replicate these photographs by any other means than through this studio.
•A deposit of $100.00 Retainer Fee is required for outside previews of the portraits. This deposit is not refundable after 2 weeks.
•When your order is placed within the 2 weeks, then the deposit is subtracted from your total bill. At the time of ordering, 1/2 of the total is due and the remaining balance is due upon completion of the order.
•Balance is due in full before any part of the order will be delivered.
•Delivery of finished portraits take approximately 4 6 weeks.
•Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express are accepted.
•Being the copyright owner, Jen's Lens reserves the right to sue any portrait taken for personal uses. Frequent examples include but are not limited to studio displays and advertising purposes.
